These terms apply to bookings, enquiries and services requested through this website.
Bookings are requests, not confirmations
Submitting a booking or home collection form registers a request. Your appointment is confirmed only after a Krishna Labs team member contacts you by phone or WhatsApp.
Charges
Charges for investigations are confirmed before a sample is collected. Prices shown or quoted may change; the amount confirmed by our team at the time of collection applies.
Preparation and accuracy
Some investigations require fasting or other preparation. Results can be affected if instructions are not followed. Please tell us about medication, pregnancy or existing conditions that may affect the test.
Reports
Reporting times given are estimates for routine conditions and may extend where repeat testing or verification is required. Reports are released only to the patient or an authorised representative.
Home sample collection
Home collection is subject to phlebotomist availability and service area coverage. Additional collection charges may apply and will be confirmed in advance.
Cancellations
Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot keep a confirmed appointment so the slot can be offered to another patient.
