Krishna Labs treats patient information as confidential medical data. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you book a test, request home collection or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, address (for home collection), the tests you are interested in and any message you send us. We also record whether you have consented to being contacted.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to respond to your request: to confirm appointments, explain preparation and charges, collect samples, process investigations and deliver reports. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Reports and confidentiality
Diagnostic reports are released only to the patient or an authorised representative. Where a doctor has referred you, a copy may be shared with that referring physician. Access to records within the lab is limited to authorised staff.
Retention
Records are retained for as long as required to provide our services and to meet applicable medical record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely disposed of.
